Return Policy

We have a no return policy at the shop, if an item arrives broken, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can take appropriate steps to get you a replacement or refund.  Proof of breakage is required.

Shipping and Handling

Faes Cabinet ships globally, please know your state or countries law when ordering. All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 3 days to prepare shipments.

Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
